IE8 Cookies folder in Windows Server 2008
Open Windows Explorer -> Organize -> Folder and search options -> View -> Check 'Show hidden files, folders, and drives' and Uncheck 'Hide protected OS files' -> Apply -> OK.
Now you will be able to see the two Cookies folders.
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low
